How we practice R&D

A mandatory 5 hours/week dedicated towards developing innovative measures for improvising product performance and cost reduction. It has to be exercised by all employees and the owners too.

All requisite literature, forum, testing equipments, know- how and infrastructure is provided and utilized to its optimum. Comprehensive use of CAD/CAM/CAE is exercised. A knowledge bank is created within company and also with technocrats associated with us. Exchange of ideas with one another is enthusiastically embraced.

Use of unconventional materials for conrods, bushings, and bolts is tested, exercised and advised by our experts as per the engine model and its application.
